Improve Posture and Reduce Tension in 2 Minutes

If you're like most people, you probably know that you don't have perfect posture. So today let's talk about what good posture is and a simple way to try to correct that posture and relieve some tension.

When you look at somebody from the side, you should see that the tip of their shoulder and the middle of their ear should line up. But in most cases we see people going forward, which creates more neck tension and more headaches here. So if we can bring that posture back into normal alignment where the shoulder and the ear match up, that's going to relieve tension through the neck and through the head.

So how can we help correct your posture in just two minutes? Well, I found this simple little device called a cervical orthosis and all you do is lay back on this thing for two minutes at the end of the day, and that can help to correct your posture. You can use a bath towel instead. You can take a bath towel and roll it, and you take the rolled bath towel, stick it right behind your neck just like you would the cervical arthrosis device and then you're going to lay back onto the bath towel.

Do that for just two minutes a night for two weeks, and then see how you feel. If you'd like more information and you want to know if ice or heat is better, or what kind of tea to drink at night to reduce headaches, it's all in my guide, which is four steps to headache relief and you can get it by clicking the download button below.
